Piqua Historic District Tax Abatement Program
The Community Reinvestment Area Program provides real estate property tax abatements on the increased assessed value from an investment in property improvements. Taxes are abated for the a specified period of time for increases in property values added to tax rolls after a project is certified. To qualify for the abatement, the applicant must make an investment in real estate meeting the thresholds listed in the documents below. Please click the links to find out more information.
