To our wonderful community, unfortunately, This year, we didn’t quite have enough homes available to create the experience we all love, so we won’t be able to move forward with this year's 2025 Holiday Home Tour.
We know this is disappointing — it’s such a special tradition — and we’re hopeful to bring it back next year. If anyone is interested in being part of the 2026 tour, they can reach out to: piquacaldwellhistoricdistrict@gmail.com.
Thank you so much and we hope to see you soon!

This splendid Colonial style brick home was originally built in 1906 for Jacob Friedlich. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and includes original woodwork, doorknobs and hinges.
