509 Broadway, Piqua, OH 45356

Colonial

This splendid Colonial style brick home was originally built in 1906 for Jacob Friedlich. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and includes original woodwork, doorknobs and hinges. Jacob Friedlich was the son of Emma and Moses Friedlich, immigrants from Bavaria and Prussia, who built and ran Piqua’s first clothing store on South Main Street and also helped to start Citizens National Bank in downtown Piqua.

This property is just outside the perimeter of the Piqua-Caldwell Historic District but holds lots of history!
