To our wonderful community, unfortunately, This year, we didn’t quite have enough homes available to create the experience we all love, so we won’t be able to move forward with this year's 2025 Holiday Home Tour.

The home was built by Chester Sheridan in 1906. Mr. Sheridan was a dentist who practiced in Piqua. At one point the home was converted into a double and used as a rental property. The current homeowner bought the house in 2008 and has since renovated the home and it is once again a single family dwelling. The home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The original wood floors have been restored on the first floor. The second floor bathroom still has the original claw foot tub which has also been restored by the current homeowner.
