To our wonderful community, unfortunately, This year, we didn’t quite have enough homes available to create the experience we all love, so we won’t be able to move forward with this year's 2025 Holiday Home Tour.
We know this is disappointing — it’s such a special tradition — and we’re hopeful to bring it back next year. If anyone is interested in being part of the 2026 tour, they can reach out to: piquacaldwellhistoricdistrict@gmail.com.
Thank you so much and we hope to see you soon!

The Carrie Barber House located at 324/326 West Greene Street is a Queen Anne Victorian. Named for his wife, Carrie Young Barber, Mr. Myron E. Barber was president of the Piqua Handle Company. He commissioned “Piqua’s favorite architect”, Joseph W. Yost, to design his home completed in 1891 by contractor I.J. Whitlock. Amid Yost’s noteworthy designs is Piqua’s Historic Plaza Hotel, also erected in 1891. Both properties share the prestigious listing on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
