To our wonderful community, unfortunately, This year, we didn’t quite have enough homes available to create the experience we all love, so we won’t be able to move forward with this year's 2025 Holiday Home Tour.
We know this is disappointing — it’s such a special tradition — and we’re hopeful to bring it back next year. If anyone is interested in being part of the 2026 tour, they can reach out to: piquacaldwellhistoricdistrict@gmail.com.
Thank you so much and we hope to see you soon!

Italianate
A beautiful example of Italianate architecture, the William Scott House was built in 1853. The house is just a bit over 7,500 square feet including seven bedrooms and four and a half baths. Built for entertaining, comfort and beauty this house includes a large formal entry, formal dining room, a parlor, eight fireplaces, intricate stained glass throughout and much of its original woodwork. A distinguished porte-cochere make this home highly recognizable and the original stables serve as a garage today. The large sprawling porch was added in 1888 and adds to the ambience of this beautiful home.
