To our wonderful community, unfortunately, This year, we didn’t quite have enough homes available to create the experience we all love, so we won’t be able to move forward with this year's 2025 Holiday Home Tour.
We know this is disappointing — it’s such a special tradition — and we’re hopeful to bring it back next year. If anyone is interested in being part of the 2026 tour, they can reach out to: piquacaldwellhistoricdistrict@gmail.com.
Thank you so much and we hope to see you soon!

Ulbrich House
Location
707 N. Downing St.
Architecture
Italianate and Folk Victorian touches
Established
1883
The house features Italianate and Folk Victorian touches and is definitely bigger on the inside! Originally a Presbyterian Manse for a church in town, it’s now a single-family home owned by the Ulbrich family. It has a typically narrow appearance but makes the most of the single city lot by stretching back much further than one might think. Inside, it’s nearly 3,000 square feet, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms nestled in typical Victorian trim and decoration.
